This modern residence design proposal for a new construction project was intended to be built in on Gate Ten of the Eastlake Woods gated community in Chula Vista, CA. The home was designed with 5-bedrooms, 6-bathrooms, attached Guest House, Bar that functions for both interior and exterior entertainment, Office with lots of exterior light, large kitchen with a secret entry to stairs leading to the Movie Theater, Laundry Room, Living / Dining Area with a panoramic door that connected the inside and outside living experience. The backyard was designed with a large pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor cooking area with an intersecting overhang that is projected above the pool and functions as a waterfall. The footprint of this home occupies 9,950 square feet intended to occupy a half an acre irregular corner lot that has its own private gate.
